"With great power, comes great responsibility."
"Nothing changes if nothing changes."
"It's not who you think you are that holds you back. It's who you think you're not."
Get ready to combine rhythm and music with a real boxing experience. Rumble is our spin on 'HIIT meets Boxing', and takes place inside a nightclub-inspired room filled with aqua punching bags. We fuse together traditional boxing elements with high-intensity workouts to give you a total body conditioning workout.
No previous boxing experience required.
For First Timers
Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your class. Trust us, you'll need it.
Be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you come for your class.
WHAT TO WEAR
If you're never attended a class at Ground Zero, we suggest you get comfortable. We suggest form-fitting shorts or tights for bottoms, and it's always best to wear something you can move in and sweat in! Do also remember to bring your trainers for our Rumble class.
Nothing is worse than a last minute set-up! Do yourself a favor and come to the studio at least 15 minutes before class starts. Be sure to let the front desk know you're new and we'll take it from there.
SIGN IN SHEET
Make sure you claim your bag! If you signed up in advance, your name will be listed on the sign-in sheet at the front desk.
Note: If you're not signed in at least 4 minutes before your class, your spot may be released.
We provide complimentary gloves and gel handwraps for our Rumble classes. If you have your own gloves and handwraps, feel free to bring them along.
We have water available for sale in our studio just in case your forget to bring your own.
If you're new to our classes, please arrive early and ask the front desk or the instructor for assistance. This is important so we can get you geared up correctly, and also walk you through the basics for the class.
