Where can I park?
Parking lots are available at an overhead public carpark along Carpenter street. Alternatively, parking lots are also available at Clarke Quay Central and Riverwalk.
What is the nearest MRT station?
If you're coming by train, drop off at Clarke Quay MRT Station and cross the overhead bridge to Carpenter Street.
What kind of shower facilities do you have?
Towels are provided, and our showers are stocked with Ashley & Co shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
What should I wear for my first class?
Come dressed in comfortable workout gear, bring socks and water, and be ready to get sweaty! Small towels will be provided for each class.
Do I need to bring my own gloves for the Rumble class?
Feel free to use your own pair of gloves and wraps! If not, we do offer complimentary rental of our gloves. Hand wraps are also available for purchase at the front desk.
For your own safety, do remember to bring along a pair of trainers to change into as we will also be doing floor exercises during the class.
Do I need to bring shoes for the Ride class?
We provide complimentary rental of cleated shoes for our classes, just remember to bring a pair of clean socks to change into!
Can I share a package with my friend?
Yes, it’s always great to have a buddy to motivate and share work out goals with. You can share the 20, 50 or 100 class packages with 1 other friend. How?
Sign up, buy either a 20 or 50 class package, and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full names and the two associated email addresses so that we can link both accounts with the package that has been purchased.
When are classes available for booking?
Our classes are released on a weekly basis, and the following week's classes will be available for booking every Friday, 12PM.
