Clip in, level up. This is Ground Zero’s signature indoor cycling experience — a beat-driven, full-body ride that pushes your limits, torches calories, and leaves you dripping. Expect killer playlists, resistance climbs, powerful sprints, and that post-class high you’ll chase again and again.

It’s more than just a workout — it’s a rhythm-fuelled escape. Move in sync with the beat, sweat with intention, and lose yourself in the ride. Every class is a journey of resistance, choreography, and pure connection — with the music, your instructor, and yourself.

Your legs will burn, your heart will race, and your energy? Unstoppable.

RIDE OR DIE

Think mental, physical and technical. Expect advanced choreography, out-of-saddle weighted work, long endurance runs, and heavy resistance sets. This is where stamina, control, and grit are tested. Held once every six months, RIDE OR DIE isn’t just a class.
It’s a marker.
You show up, or you don’t.
For those who do — this is one for the ages.

RIDE: FOUNDATION

This is where it all begins. A stripped-back Ride that’s built to help you get comfortable with the bike, the beat, and the burn. We slow things down, but we don’t dial it down. Expect clear cues, solid coaching, and a strong focus on form, rhythm, and control. Perfect for first-timers, or anyone who wants to reset, refine, and ride with intention. Start here. Build from the ground up.

First time? We got you covered.

01. Be Prepared

Hydrate well and eat a little something before class. Wear something comfortable and be ready to move and sweat. We suggest form fitting shorts or tights and a breathable top.

02. Check In

Arrive early. Do yourself a favour and come to the studio at least 20 minutes before class starts to sign in at our front desk. If you’re not signed in at least 4 minutes before class your spot may be released.

03. Gear Up

Cleated shoes are provided free of charge. We use SPD-SL cleats so feel free to bring your own compatible shoes. We also have water available for sale in our studio.

04. Set Up

Give our instructors or front desk member a wave and we’ll help you with your bike. Let us help you get set up correctly and safely.
