Clip in, level up. This is Ground Zero’s signature indoor cycling experience — a beat-driven, full-body ride that pushes your limits, torches calories, and leaves you dripping. Expect killer playlists, resistance climbs, powerful sprints, and that post-class high you’ll chase again and again.

It’s more than just a workout — it’s a rhythm-fuelled escape. Move in sync with the beat, sweat with intention, and lose yourself in the ride. Every class is a journey of resistance, choreography, and pure connection — with the music, your instructor, and yourself.

Your legs will burn, your heart will race, and your energy? Unstoppable.

With straightforward moves and maximum intensity, this ride is for seasoned riders and those ready to crush their endurance goals. Let’s get powerful.

Designed for all beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to improve aerobic capacity and mental clarity, expect straightforward moves and minimal choreography. With a focus on High Zone 2 and Zone 3 efforts, this ride keeps the heart rate steady with lighter sprints, slower hills, and seamless back-to-back tempos.
