Purchases of packages can be made online on Ground Zero Website. Alternatively, payments can be made in the studio. We accept payments via contactless payment, Nets and Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards. Your package will only be activated on your first class booking.
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of Ground Zero. Any packages that have been purchased anywhere other than Ground Zero will not be honored.
The expiration dates of your customer’s profile on our website. Promotional Class Packs may also carry different validity periods. Please be aware of your package expiration date and make sure you utilize them before expiry.
Future class prices are subject to change, however, Ground Zero will honor your class or series of classes until the expiration date and no longer.
Purchased classes are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes.
If, however, you cannot finish your classes within the allotted validity period, you have the option to purchase a series extension from our buy page. Your current class series will be extended for one month from the date of this purchase. Email us after purchase to activate.
Should there be special circumstances regarding your ability to complete your package, please email us at hello@groundzero.sg. We reserve the right to honor or reject any of your requests.
All class package purchases are final and non-refundable.
Clients who make purchases for shareable packages will automatically become the master of the package. Strictly no extensions or rollovers will be given on any Share Packages.
Please take note that it is your own responsibility to keep track of your own classes. we will not facilitate any negotiation of disputes between members.
Special Circumstances And Right to Transfer of Package
We will grant a one-time transfer at no additional cost per Class Pack. We will not be able to split a class pack transfer. Transfers can only be done before the expiration date of the Class Pack. The validity of the transferred package will not restart, but continue as it is at the time of transfer.
All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable. All merchandise, with the exception of sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date, as long as the product is unused and unsoiled, with all tagging still intact.
All sales on discounted products are final. Exchanges are not offered on sale products.
You may purchase gift vouchers at our website or studios. Gift vouchers can be used for class packages and retail merchandise. Once a package purchase is made using a gift voucher, it will expire, just like any regular class purchase.
Complimentary credits are not valid for clients who do not have an active class package. First time trials and single classes are not considered active class packages.
Strictly no extension or transfer of complimentary credit. You will have to use your complimentary credits before its expiry date. Complimentary is not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
