JD’s fitness journey began with running and group classes, drawn in by the movement and the strong sense of community. Over time, what started as a casual routine turned into a more intentional practice—shifting from just exercising to training with purpose. Now, every session is about strategy, building strength, endurance, and refining technique to push her limits further.

Expect a class where good vibes meet good training. While she might giggle a little too much, JD is all about prioritizing quality over quantity. She keeps a close eye on form (her biggest fear is someone getting injured in class) and believes that everyone can always improve. And, of course, the right music is key—helping to ease the burn and keep the energy high.

Fun fact: Her initials “JD” aren’t random—they come from her parents, JoVanne and Daniel, keeping a family tradition alive. Her older brother? DJ. It all just made sense.
