RIDE: POWER & STRENGTH

This is where grit meets grind. Designed to push your limits, this class focuses on building explosive power and anaerobic capacity. Think heavy hills, intense sprints, and stop-start intervals that’ll have your heart rate climbing into Zone 4 and 5. Recovery is earned, not given, with steady efforts in High Zone 2 and 3. With straightforward moves and maximum intensity, this ride is for seasoned riders and those ready to crush their endurance goals. Let’s get powerful.

RIDE: FOUNDATION

This is where it all begins. A stripped-back Ride that’s built to help you get comfortable with the bike, the beat, and the burn. We slow things down, but we don’t dial it down. Expect clear cues, solid coaching, and a strong focus on form, rhythm, and control. Perfect for first-timers, or anyone who wants to reset, refine, and ride with intention. Start here. First time? We got you covered.

01. Be Prepared

Hydrate well and eat a little something before class. Wear something comfortable and be ready to move and sweat. We suggest form fitting shorts or tights and a breathable top.

02. Check In

Arrive early. Do yourself a favour and come to the studio at least 20 minutes before class starts to sign in at our front desk. If you’re not signed in at least 4 minutes before class your spot may be released.

03. Gear Up

Cleated shoes are provided free of charge. We use SPD-SL cleats so feel free to bring your own compatible shoes. We also have water available for sale in our studio.

04. Set Up

Give our instructors or front desk member a wave and we’ll help you with your bike. Let us help you get set up correctly and safely.
